Every nation has its own brand of socio-political correctness and over-protectiveness. On the BBC they're always warning about flash photography. They never do that here in NL, and by my knowledge without any negative consequences for public health and safety. We do have rubber pads underneath swings, where children might otherwise fall onto the grass. Not sure if it's about safety though, or about neatness: I think grass stains are difficult to remove. Yeah, it wasn't a serious warning. My dad died so I've not been on. Sorry, i have this urge to just approach everyone and say "dad's dead". I can't tell you the number of times I've wished it would happen but now that it has. Just weird. No sympathy required. My emotions are as ever deeply untrustworthy. I think you understand that.
