You are probably best off just making a new sprite for him, it looks like the result of a human and some doll that was brought to life by magic having off spring.

I'm not making micros steadily anymore. Every now and then when the mood strikes me I'll do a few, but I don't put as much time is as I once did. Working on templates and such for hours to get them right isn't going to happen. Go ahead if you want to take a crack at it. There are a couple of micros out there- a Sam from Trick r Treat- that would work as a good starting point or inspiration.
