Pulp Skeletor as the name suggests. You can't have He-Man without Skeletor.

I wanted Skeletor to be the classic 'mad scientist' villain so popular in Pulp. Classic white coat, smooth bald head, and slightly exotic face. They would use make-up or extensive costumes to make the villain look otherworldly.

I was tempted to do a skull type mask but when it came down to it I didn't think it would look as good.
