its so refreshing to see artists do something like this.

I am going to adress here that I didn't omit the nipples because they are "sexual" but simply because she's a gem, it doesn't really make sense for her to have them.
Nipples (and breasts) are reproductive organs (not sexual organs) so, since gems don't really reproduce, it doesn't really make sense for her to have them. Had it been a non gem, I would have put nipples as there's nothing wrong with that.Β
Showing breasts becomes sexual when society teaches us they are.
That said, I'm glad you think so highly of this piece! It means a lot!

I am so happy you say that. There are many ppl that give gems breasts, nipples, and other various parts; and often put them in sexual positions which makes simi/full nudity sexual. Often drawing their gems to be more physically human and I'm glad to see that you follow the cannon and just let them be shapes.

Ahhhhh yeah I know some people do that and by all means, if someone wants to draw a gem with human anatomy then go on, it's their art after all.
I'm just not a fan of it, especially putting gems in sexual situations. It's just different views, for different audiences I guess!
