Wow. That's the first word that came into my mind when I thought about this. I love the detail put into this, and how a background that simple fits so well! This perfectly matches the scene, keeping the emotion and beauty with Latios's glow. A big brother stays with you forever, after all.

When I first see this, I really like seeing and thinking about the story of this drawing! It really makes me wonder, and connecting to both their backstories, how this scene makes me almost cry ;w; Your techniques of colouring are amazing!! I really love how you contrasted the colours and made the lighting really glow with the dark background. The physics of the rain is especially good as well! All going in one direction and on the tips of some parts, still going in one direction. The only thing that throws me off is the huge amount of space in the bottom right and top left of the drawing. To me, I just find it really empty in a way. You may be just wanting to give off the fact that their in the sky and in a raincloud but maybe adding a little effect may not hurt. maybe adding more effects of Latios vanishing would put more of an impact to it as well. Latios is the focal point in this drawing after all.

I honestly don't remember how I reacted the first time to Ash being turned to stone. It was so long ago.
Celebi, I never saw 'til I was older, so it didn't bother me THAT much (still a little bit, though).
