What next, a medigun that fixes friendly Engineer buildings?

It would never happen...unless if it was "powered down" heck even a "uber charge building" perk would be interesting.

It would only heal building health, not ammo or upgrades. And it would have some drawback I haven't thought of yet.

how about slow building heal...immune to dispensers (can never receive health from dispensers)?

That's good! Now if only someone would make a prototype and submit it to Valve. I don't know how you even go about doing that - submitting new items and weapons.
(Also, what effect would such a medigun have on ally players, and what would its ΓberCharge be?)

heals like normal.
simuler to "critskreg" BUT is now %50 faster then normal (to crits %25) but now it only applies "mini-crits" BUT unlike critzkrig it now effects damage agents building.
(a new useful anti building arsenal and engineering aid but because it goes uber fast this might be a problem.)
posible name "Mekigun"
as for sumiting... well... !

So, the Mekigun causes damage given out by the patient being healed to do mini-crit damage to buildings, and during an ΓberCharge, mini-crits on all enemies?

Seriously though, very nice work. Did not see that twist coming and the last panel is just too cute.
