Make sure you end with a second : and make sure there are NO SPACES at all!
Many accounts exist solely to serve in this purpose. They can even be animated!
Two that I've created are these. The accounts only exist to create the "plz" picture.
Most accounts like these end with plz, to indicate they are for this purpose, but not all do.

I understand the basic idea, but some some reason unknown it doesn't always work when I type it out. Last time I tried it in a dev description I had to copy/paste the account name from the URL to make it work.
