Nah. They are all deaf due to lack of any means of hearing things. Chrysalis is just really good at lip reading so she can kinda understand what everyone else is saying. *COUGHSARCASMCOUGH* Sorry I may be a bit ill.

Dawww... Poor Chrysalis... I love her ears just the way that they are! You just need a hug and a friend -hugs Chryssi- I feel like this whenever this one girl in my girl scout troop picks on me. But she does it less now that I just smile at her in a way friendly and ignore her attempts to argue. I think we are becoming friends now, but her mother is just a bully.

What makes you different can make you special. So she has bigger ears. How does the line go...? "All the better to hear you with." Bigger ears means sharper hearing, and that enables Chrysalis to sense danger better than anyone else.
Of course, the downside to having more advanced hearing is having to listen to people who like to make fun of you at a distance. It's always a struggle to ignore insults. I should know.
So, Chrysalis... Don't worry about them. Because the best thing about you is that you are different from them.

The fact she, a shapeshifter, can't even feign kindness long enough to keep Twilight Sparkle off her back? The utter stupidity of her plan? The fact that changelings can live normally in equestria without taking it over.

Okay keep in mind? ALTERNATE TIMELINES. AKA? Timelines that WON'T HAPPEN. So once again? Your arguement holds very little water. Also I have a pretty positive world view. Also, I think a villain in a cartoon is evil, so I must hate art? Kind of a leap in logic. The work is well done, I just take issue with the presentation. Its attempting to create sympathy for a character who probably doesn't deserve it.

Slice of Life? What do you mean? The solitary Changeling there doing..... NOTHING evil at all and just sitting there and was INVITED as said by the cast? Also Canterlot Wedding can be trimmed down to them being desperate for love.
Oh and it's not the art. You have no grounds to say Chrysalis is fully evil outside of an AU comic and three episodes I just brought down to simple explanations. Therefore she DOES deserve the sympathy here. Good night and good bye.

Look let's agree to disagree but the fact of the matter is this was a simple drawing just made to show off Chrysalis unlike other artists. And the Changelings aren't bugs. They're insectoid-like ponies. This conversation has dragged on. I've tried ending it but it's clear you just wanna argue with someone. I was fine with you having your opinion but didn't like that you had nothing really critiquing to say about the artwork. Then you dragged this shit out longer then it should have. I don't know what your attention grabbing issue is but you should consider stopping it as it's getting repetitive and dull.
