You guys. You guys. I have been waiting so long to get to this reveal. The whole chapter’s been building up to the backstory everyone’s been waiting for--the mystery man himself and what his deal was. These pages overall were a lot of fun to draw--everyone’s reactions and expressions, and getting the layout to work so that Gaster would be the last panel... I hope everyone else enjoys it too.

Soo my theories for how gaster died in this AU (or shattered from time/space) are:
A) “curiosity killed the cat” in this case, gasters curiotisty shattered him, maybe because he was also experimenting with KR and something happened that got him to fall in the core. (If this is true the. HOLY SHIT THATS SAD QQ no wonder then sans keeps his secrets, he probably blames himself poor guy💔)
B) Gasters curiosity somehow got him to do something horrific that sans had to judge him for which got gaster killed. (Again which might explain why sans doesnt like talking about it and hates his power)
C) gaster ALSO had KR (which may be how sans got it, if gasters his and paps father as well in this AU) and something happened with it that made gaster disappear (like how KR causes chara/frisk to kill sans in genocide)
