Sorry for the long wait! This next request is from PopplioDoesArt! He wanted me to do a drawing of his OC from the United Arab Emirates, the Emirate Defender. His real name is Ilyaas al-Sader, and he is a Flygon that was turned into a cyborg in one of the UAE's ambitious projects, in order to create their own cybernetic super soldier. He volunteered to be in this project, and he became the protector of the emirates and the first superhero in the Middle East. He can summon a forcefield to protect himself, and uses an enhanced sword which can cut through powerful alloys like they are nothing.
