1. You didn't uploaded the widget to deviantart, only a link but that would be good, but no not a download link
2. The link directed to your BLOG
3. And after i clicked download it directed to a survey site

and thank you so much for your feedback
the reason why i uploaded this to eksternal link it's because
i need some cash to build new pc, currently using old notebook
with 1 Gb of Ram and onboard VGA, 1,6 Ghz clock processor
if i make this skin purchasable on Deviantart i doubt everyone will downloaded it
in the future i promise i'll fix this issue with some tutor how to download it
and keep it free

So you've NEVER heard of crowdfunding? Why the heck are you wasting your time with something like that, which would take THOUSANDS of unique hits to generate a few bucks!
There's no point!
Try crowdfunding - gofundme is probably your best bet - links like that though are just killing interest.
