mostly to contradict max, I like the combination of realistic and abstract, it works for me anyway.

Liking the style allot mate!
Some small improvement points, the gun that you made looks very realistic while the character is very stylized. Seperate the 2 elements look great, but they do not combine this way. Try making the gun in the same style to make the picture a whole.
Also I would not bent the (his) right arm so smoothly, try making a kink to make it look more like theres a joint in there.
