Description
I'm on a roll, mates! I decided to try yet another underwater pic, this time at the bottom. I looked at a couple of pictures of the sea floor, but mostly this came from my own imagination. And I listened to "Under the Sea" and some underwater sound effects while I worked.Unless you're at the shallow part of the ocean, I doubt the light could really reach that far. Still, it looks pretty good to me.
I guess this could also pass off as a lake. Whichever way you prefer to look at it.

Oh, I used a few brushes, but most of this was done by my own hand and mouse.

Since I'm such a nerd, the first thing I thought of with this was the soundtrack to Ecco the Dolphin. [link] Listen, it's quite fitting.

Makes you feel like you're scuba diving, doesn't it?

More a feeling of beautiful isolation, if that makes any sense.

That's the reason why Sega fans loved Ecco, by the way. His games gave you that feeling of being really alone in this beautiful world.

I prefer to think of it as solitude. It's a more pleasant term than isolation.

That's the mood that Ecco went for, though. It was just one dolphin against all the creatures of the deep, dinosaurs, the Flying Medusa, and alien invaders.

Sure is. I'm hardly a swimmer, but I like to look at underwater pictures.

It's a form of vicariousness.
