Same plan here as my recent Classics/Universe Shockwave.
I went with an all new Unicron designed (the planet-bot, not me) speedy hover tank type alt mode, making use of many of his original parts with the dumb shit gone and replaced with cool shit. Those enormous wings he had as Energon Megatron looked cool in jet mode but ... well, enormous in bot mode.
The side hover thruster doodads are from a Gundam. They have pretty decent articulation from the base part that they peg into either mode with, so he can do some nifty alt mode flight poses too.
I used both of a Classics Jetfire's arm guns for the 2 places his arm cannon can plug into. The cannon itself can fire from either launcher, which is stupid looking to do of course, but a neat easy release method for transforming.
Full repaint using reference pics from TFTM.

This time I hit him with dull cote, but only on the robot body parts so the alt mode would have more shine. Does it look okay or should I stick to the shiny look?
