Description
Been messing around with animation for a while, did this one to test doing some loopingobjects, takes so much time to do tho!
I must say the 2d animation's look and feel is something I truly enjoy, im glad Japan is still doing it,
but its sad its been kinda abandoned everywhere else.
The gif might be running slow on ipads and such!
Done in photoshop.

Nice animation you made there, really.
Indeed it takes a good amount of time to make them. But hey, when quality is there (and that we're having fun making one), it's worth it.
On a side note, have you heard of apng? Sadly it's not implemented in most softwares, but online tools exist as well as some smaller softwares dedicated to it.
I'm not forcing anyone though, but maybe you'll have fun making small tests with it?
In both cases animations can be good, it would only be two different kind of charm to it (between gif and apng I mean). Have a good day!

I compltely feel you on companies lacking 2D since everything nowadays is 3D. It has it's charm sure, but it doesn't mean the old one should be abandoned. You did a very lovely animation, it feels as if it's a sort of pokemon or Myiazaki's work. Great work!

So pretty colors and environment! The Z's are backwards, I guess you flipped everything after animating them?

I have corrected it now! , also added more frames for the flower and fixed the breathing (was reversed before)

Generally animals exhale, pause, and then inhale again. Your animation is great, but if you added a few frames after the exhale it'd be smooth and believable. Add a little movement elsewhere and the whole scene won't look paused.

Fixed it now!, added a few more frames to the breathing, but I also reversed it so the slower part is now when its breathing out.
Wasnt sure what to do for the paused feeling, I guess the moving grass might make the other painted ones feel more static,
so if I remove them it might be fine.
But yeh I will leave it as is : P
Also added more frames to the flower, more than double!

Thanks, yeh I do agree, the flower moves abit too much distance for the amount of frames I gave it, if I would have had it move just a little bit it might have worked out better with the current amount of frames.
I will see if can add few more frames in the loop and do some more inbetweens for it!
