Short story
Victoria bought a device on the internet that claimed to be able to enhance your features, when it arrived she got so excited to try it out that she didn’t bother reading the manual, the device looked like a old phone, the menu had many categories and options for changes, she pressed a few buttons and her hands started stiffening up until they had become useless feet, she panicked and proceeded to fix her mistake but her new feet were to clumsy which led her to this.

Ah. That makes it (kind of) better? . . . Yeah I still think this is some kind of transformation fetish art. Can't be the only one here who thinks this is meant to be some kind of weird fetish.
Like it or not, the visuals in this picture does draw the viewer in with unorthodox design given to the girl and the coloring/shading. The anatomy for the mix match features are spot on and really showcase the bizarre body horror that transpire in the picture.
I have to give the artist prop for giving a story as to why the girl looks like . . . this. You can tell that the female is shocked (and weirdly aroused) by the changes that have transpired from her messing around with the device.
It certainly invoked an emotion for me, but I wouldn't say its the same as the author's original intention. Now if you excuse me, I need to get off the internet for a little while.

So much happening with this one! Feethands, buttboobs, all the animal changes. With so many powerful options, she really ought to take a look at that manual now, before she ends up as a big mess of body parts. XD
