i started only 1 year and having only the base kit with the 18-55mm objective cant capture impreessive macros, but i will with an 100mm ) till then i have to w8

dont worry 18-55 is not that bad, its a good start. I used it before and it was fine. Now I use a 16-85mm lens but I usually dont take macro shots, so its perfect
