Water, Sky

This is my heaven. It’s located on an island in the sky. The sun is always setting here and the stars are constantly shining at their brightest. The water is mere inches deep and if you walk out far enough, you’ve reached the edge. The edge of my heaven, where, if you look closley enough, you can see the forgotten hopes and dreams of people from Earth floating up from down below. On the other side of the island, the moon shines, always full. Each crater visible to the naked eye.

This is my heaven, and I don’t mind being alone here.
