Description
This is a fire performer doing a near-perfect Celtic knot pattern of flame using a two sided staff. (He posted it on his dA page and it was requested as a print, which is why I'm offering it here. I think I'll split the profits with him though, since he's the model.) Anyhow, this was shot at one of the many fire-spinning practices held at our house in Las Vegas, NV on Thursday nights.Fire Performer: ~Rauthskegg

Every Thursday night at my house in Las Vegas we have spinning practice... another reason for you to visit! Also, if you follow the links in my signature you can see some videos of various fire spinning gigs (including Doug doing this pattern) and also the Marathon shoot I did at D.M. Gremlin Studios. Doug is my roommate, and also a fine photographer himself (=Rauthskegg ) which again is yet another reason for you to come out!

It just shows the pattern. I had to use a three second exposure to get the camera to make it look like that.

I like Canon Powershots for non-slr ($100-$600) and the Canon Rebel XTi ($799 Body only) for an SLR rig.
