For Story Quest 12: Curious Encounters
(I apologize for the blah writing ;3; )

Frankie stood in her favorite bakery in San Diego, the freshly frosted donut was placed on the counter by an exquisite barista. Giving a sly wink the blue haired senshi picked up her plate with donut and stood shocked for a moment when Ishtar walked in the door. Precautiously strutting to her fellow soldier one eyebrow raised she couldn't help but worry that something had come up.

"What going on Ishtar, did something happen" Frankie's expression still set on full confusion.

"No, no. I was actually looking for you, I thought we were going jogging today?" Ishtar blinked with wide blues eyes.

Something was off, Frankie's eyes darted back and forth at her counterpart, trying to make her brain comprehend and make sure she had all her information straight. "Nooo..." she started slowly; "You called me and said that you had to change what day we went out jogging due to a college course scheduling conflict remember?"

"Oh, when did I say that?" Ishtar started looking around at the wall decorations, doing anything to break eye contact.

"...Less than twenty-four hours ago." Frankie's eyes narrowed as one piece of information clicked; "Hey Ishtar, what's happening with your accent?"

'Ishtar' scratched at her chin, and looked around trying to keep an ignorant expression on her face. "Oh ya know what Frankie, I think I am just brain farting and I am SO late for class right now. I'll talk to you later okay?" Before Frankie could say anything the raven haired beauty turned on her heel and made her way out the door.

Frankie's stomach turned, her chinchilla brain screaming that something was horribly wrong but no idea how; Ishtar didn't have a twin did she? Putting down the bakeries plate and grabbing her cell phone, Frankie pushed on the camera shortcut in the lock screen and tried to snap a photo of the girl she was just speaking to. Only capturing the blurry backside of somebody with black hair, it could have been anybody in that picture. Making a mental note to speak with the trinity or Jun to see if invasion of the body snatchers was a thing they needed to worry about.
