edit: cha <3 i made it look better, and i fixed the skirt :3 me luffs eet now, more cha ^___^ added lights in her hair..though it looks sorta odd o.O ah well..---------------
Yup, I finally finished it after 3 days working on it, 16 hours in total T__T
The skirt bothers me a bit..grr...there's just something..wrong with the coloring o.O;
I'd say this was the best pic i've ever done, though, it took WAAAY too long ;0;
There are a few mistakes, but that's okay, i guess

It depends on what kind you want @_@ I was able to get a Wacom Graphire3 4"x5", for $70usd, but it's normaly $100usd. I dunno the exchange rate >< The larger ones are more expensive and a Wacom Intuos is even more expensive @_@
