He looks bad--- and he killed 300,000 in the Singapore disaster
But he got killed by Taylor And The Player

One of the few antagonists from CoD I actually feel bad about. Of course, he has killed shitload of people in the Singapore disaster, but I doubt he was completely aware of what the hell he was doing at this point. Then he spends many years being aware, but buried with no one to speak (quite the "And I must scream" situation), then, after he gets released, he tries to understand, what he is and what he was created for. He even tries to create sort of a virtual afterlife for those he has killed, as if trying to atone for the Singapore disaster and DNI overtakes. Considering, that he was born of minds of tortured, PTSD-suffering people, it's quite surprising, just how sane he has turned out. Yes, he was doing evil things, but he never truly understood it, and, to be honest, he was also trying to stop it and start doing the right things (Frozen Forest), while also expanding to other platforms. I feel really bad for Corvus. Poor AI.

No, that's Corvus AI from the main campaign. Deimos from the Nightmares campaign just re-uses the Corvus' model.

Out of all the villians in the COD franchise, this was the most creative antagonist I've seen in COD. (Maybe even better than Dr Richtofen.)
Unlike the bad guy being human, the villian is just an AI that was programmed to be TOO smart, giving it the power to command an army of robots. Corvus manipulated people into submitting to it's home world, drowning people into madness. When the Player 'killed' himself/herself, he/she was brought into Corvus' world, and with full anger upon losing all of his/her close friends, the player freed the souls of his/her fallen comrades, then proceeded to delete Corvus once and for. Not even THAT could stop Corvus, as it fled into an alternate universe, turning into a demi god, known as Deimos. The former AI had a new plan instead of controling robots: Controling HUMANS. Deimos raised an army of undead to fight the world, as he also brainwashed human soldiers into secretly allowing the Zombies everywhere. Deimos was so close to finally winning, but was stopped by a demi goddess named Dolos and a human girl named Deadkiller. Together, they fought off the Zombie hordes, put the brainwashed soldiers out of their misery, and slain Deimos, upon shutting down the gateway between reality and the underworld.
And Corvus was no more.

Well when you put it like that he's a better version Ultron.
