Part 2: Part 3:
Met a good stopping point for Part 1, going to take a break due to some minor carpal tunnel, this is looking to be the longest fight I'm going to do. The only one that can beat this would be the NEXT RWBY vs NCFN character fight. Here's a hint, one punches things very hard and the other likes to ride on Juto's back for some reason.

Stats:
Speed: Ruby (Using Semblance)
Strength: Juto (Raw Strength)
Durability: Debatable (Both have taken rather powerful falls and blows)
Intelligence: Equal (Mostly smart in combat)
Stamina: Equal (Juto=Overuse of his healing factor can make him exhausted/Ruby=Overuse of her Semblance can make her exhausted)
Tactics: Ruby-Hit and run (Get in close, attack, and back off, utilizing speed)
Juto-Distraction & Reaction (Use any means to catch his opponent off guard "Usually with his swords")
Trump Cards: Ruby-Silver Eyes, said to be able to kill grim just by looking at them, trap grim in time and probably more. (Draw back, makes her wide open and gets rendered unconscious after use.)
Juto-Inner demon, Is able to trap weaker souls in a state of paralysis, gains the ability to use Oblivion's Scythe. (Draw back, has no real training using a Scythe and gets rendered unconscious after use.)

On my end....it could go either way, Ruby's Silver eyes (Might) not be used since we still really don't know how they work and what triggers them aside from those 2 involuntary occasions.
