Screenshot of the apparent new Super Mario game taken from the Nintendo Switch preview trailer. I have performed some preliminary image stabilisation and sharpening to correct this image into being a flat front-on view of the game, as opposed to the original angled TV screen view.Nintendo Switch preview trailer

Not really. The Super Mario Galaxy Franchise is already over, there wont be a third Game of the series. Maybe there will be a remake of the two Galaxy games, in the far far future. Super Mario Odyssey will be like M64 and SMSunshine, in the sense that it will have a big and free Overworld. Since I never played M64 and SMSunshine (i never had the N64 and the Gamecube since i wasnt even on the world back then. I was born on March 15 1997). I never really knew of N64 and Gamecube. I only posses my Nintendo Wii, SNES, Gameboy Advance SP, Nintendo 2DS and two "New" 3DS (one normal and one XL). But probably you already know that SMOdyssey wont be a Galaxy game. Sorry for my Grammar.
