What exactly is this supposed to be?? There was never any enemy or anything that looked or represented anything like the person displayed on these photos.

The photo displays stacks of photos and documents about the person he was following. I don’t think that how the person in the passport photos looks has anything to do with the manhunt theme that I was trying to achieve here. It can be anybody… in this case it’s my dad when he was younger. Thanks for the comment
