Requested Risa taking over Earth. ( I love how the Irken flag turned out and her pose. )

The other day I finally got her arms and legs right~ ^^
Yet after I colored her skin -and looked back on her ref on my laptop, I realized I forgotten her pink sleeves....... .-.;; Sorries!!! ><;;

I hope you like it. oxo I added in a clear BG to give it more depth, not sure how it would show up on DA.
