If I could, I would show you the link where I got all the idea from. NarComics, not sure if he's still active in DeviantArt, but he made all 3 Scorpion, Sub-Zero, and Reptile costume, all from crafts foam. I practically cutted everything with a blade, and hotglued everything. Foam + Hot Glue = Amazing durability.

time wise, it takes as little as three days really. it took me literally a week to get it all together while balancing other things in life lol. but it only takes a short amount of time, depending how devoted you are into the costume, like perfection, measurements, and etc.
