Blaze in Sonic XI felt nostalgic and wanted to draw a fake screenshot. Took me about 3h.
I had so much fun drawing this.

i don't hate silver, i just don't find the pairing appealing (same goes for the shadow x blaze pairing, which i see is even worse)

I don't hate him either. And yeah, I don't like Shadaze either. And I also don't like Sonaze. But just like with Silver, I don't hate Sonic or Shadow.

i like sonaze many because the two actually had interaction and shown a close bond (even if we consider 06, silver only saw blaze as a sister figure and shadow and blaze in game have had no interaction with each other. They only met in the archie comic and i absolutely hated the idea of shadow and blaze getting married, that actually disguised me)

The thing is, Sonic and Blaze live in different dimensions, which is more than just your average long distance relationship. And in the canon of the games at least, Sonic hasn't really shown an interest in being in a relationship. The comic on the other hand, he ends up getting married to Sally Acorn I believe.

wouldn't really stop them (the same applies to the shadow x blaze pairing and the silver one, the latter being in the future) and i must be honest, i never had too much of an interest in sally (in light mobius, yes, he did marry her)

To be honest, I support Sonally, Shadouge and...whatever other ship there is for Silver if it means I don't have to see Blaze shipped with anyone. I'm not ashamed in admitting this, but it has something to do with me being infatuated with her ever since I was a kid, since me and her are a lot alike. It's gotten to the point where I only ship her with one of my OCs, and yes, I know OCxCanon ships are tabuu for most people, for reasons I don't know if I'll ever understand, but I could care less about that. It's not like his only purpose is to be shipped with her anyway. Sorry for going off on a tangent here. I'm just really passionate when it comes to this subject.

Glad to see someone who doesn't judge me for that. I've seen so many people get hate just for shipping their OCs with a canon character. My OC in question is named Zephyr the Dragon and he's a resident of the Sol dimension like Blaze. If you're interested in learning more, you can read his bio on the picture I have of him in my gallery, as well as one of his sister, Spines the Dragon. You don't have to obviously, just putting it out there in case you wanna see. There's new stuff I came up with, since we don't know that much about her dimension, such as an equivalent to the Master Emerald and Zephyr's and Spines' dragon species I figured could be a counterpart to the Echidnas.

huh, sounds cool already (technically, the Jeweled Scepter from Sonic Rush Adventure can be considered the Master Emerald counterpart seeing how the Eggheads said its power can surpass the power of the Chaos and Sol Emeralds, can create dimensions and serves as the stabilizer to Sonic and Blaze's world)
i would make my own sonic oc, but im more interested in making ocs from other series (like making my own spider-girl story)Β

Huh. Didn't even think of the Jeweled Scepter as being a Master Emerald counterpart. I may have to look into this. Might have to change some things. I also have OCs for other stuff as well, like PokΓ©mon, Digimon, Undertale, Mario, etc.

I'm also planning on doing a Ben 10 x Sonic crossover (this will be young Ben and I got the idea after seeing Sonic X Meterax Saga and if you go to my page, you can see 3 aliens from Sonic I would like to see Ben turn into: Cosmo's species, Wisp and Black Arms)

Interesting. I may take a look at that. Also, I'm not sure if I wanna scrap the Inferno Emerald idea. Depends on if the Jeweled Scepter has the power to make the Sol Emeralds into something like the Super Emerald the Master Emerald makes the Chaos Emeralds into and turns Blaze and my dragons into a sort of Hyper form. Again, not sure if the Jeweled Scepter does that, but it may or may not be a possibility.

Welp. I guess I may have to scrap the Inferno Emerald then, since the Jeweled Scepter seems to serve the same purpose. Though I may be able to work it into the lore behind my dragons though. There doesn't seem to be an origin of it's creation mentioned, so maybe I can still have Zephyr and Spines' ancestors be the creators of said scepter, but instead of guarding it themselves, like how the Echidnas did with the Master Emerald, they instead, as a sign of trust towards Blaze's ancestors, they entrusted it to them.
