Note: THE BLUE ISN'T PART OF COPY'S DESIGN-- I need to fix that! Aaa--Redesigns from these guys ---> Some major changes has indeed happened.
Copy and Paste: Commands are like an unbreakable sister bond. They live together, work together, suffer together.
Copy (she) can copy anyone and Paste's hand can turn into the opponents hand Copy has copied. Paste (she) is able to use their powers and fight. When they fight, their "link" between them can expand so they can fight more freely.

They chose to do it, because it would benefit their teamwork. No one has ever thought about doing it the same way as Copy and Paste did.
So their link is unique to only Copy and Paste. But I suppose others can do it too, but who would want to...
