She is a kelpie. Her thing is that she fools people to think she is an innocent poor little girl who needs help finding home or safety. She can sometimes act innocently seductive luring people with her if that approach would work better.
She sings near bodies of water to get the attention of people close by.
She then lures these people close to water where she drags them down and drowns them, proceeding to eat on their flesh.

Fun facts:
▪︎She and Keena sometimes sings duets before Kellie catches her prey. Since Keena appears singing when someone's about to die. Kellie enjoys her company.
▪︎She once lured Zo to her trap, but Kellie changed her mind because of the horrible stench of the rotting zombie girl. She lost her appetite and since that moment Zo has been visiting her. Even tho Kellie doesn't appreciate it that much.
