No they are not the same, but Paypal would convert USD to Euros automatically, so you don't have to worry about that.

May I ask what the difference between colored lineart and a colored sketch is? Sorry if this is a hassle, it's just that the two images look strikingly similar.

Lineart is more clean while a colored sketch is well... More sketchy. The brush size doesn't vary in the sketch one either.
You see the difference if you take a closer looks in the journal examples.
