Alright, so I completely redid Gallagher's info. Instead of being a tired college student, he's one of the many embodiment of Mother Nature, who own magical sanctuary all around the world to protect the species that they share their form with. Much more interesting if you ask me.

Bio:

Full name: 加法器 (pronounced Jiāfǎ qì, or Gallagher in English)

Gender: physical form is agender, goes by male pronouns, spirit is female because he's an embodiment of Mother Nature (however, he is not to be considered feminine)

Age: unknown, physical form is at least several thousand years old, while his spirit is billions of years old

Sexuality: aromantic asexual

Species: South China tiger/Asiatic black bear hybrid

Power: teleportation, projecting an aura of calmness, and speaking to humans

Gallagher has a friendly, calm, and inviting personality, especially around humans and his tigers. He tries his hardest to appear harmless to humans, as many people who aren't familiar with him tend to be scared of his large and unusual appearance.

History:

Gallagher is one of the many existing Starfield Guardians ― Mother Nature in the form of an animal, existing to watch over and protect the species they take the form of. These guardians often have unusual colors and are able to speak with both humans and the animal they take the form of. Some guardians are able to take the form of many animals, while others are hybrids of two or more animal species. Each guardian has a temple where they house a sanctuary for the animal species they watch over. Some guardians keep their sanctuarys private to prevent human interference, while others allow humans to see the sanctuarys and educate them about the species they protect. Starfield Guardians are often regarded as gods, and as such, will accept offerings from humans.
Gallagher is a guardian living in rural China who allows humans to visit his sanctuary, which is housed in a large temple known as 发光老虎寺 (Fāguāng lǎohǔ sì) or Shining Tiger Temple. Though bears also live on the sanctuary, it is most known for it's large number of tigers, who have been rescued from destroyed habitats, unethical breeders, and exotic animal owners. Once the animals have been nursed back to health, the animal is able to choose if they would like to return to the wild, or stay at the temple. Most choose to stay. Gallagher's temple is open to humans, and due to his ability to project a calming aura around the temple, the tigers roam freely among visiting humans, free to play and interact alongside them, without any worry of danger. Gallagher's favorite offerings are food for his animals (and himself), plushies, flowers, and brightly colored objects, that he decorates the temple with. Occasionally he can be found wandering the small towns near his temple, sampling food and talking to the people there. Locals welcome his appearances, and interactions with him are actually quite casual. He loves man-made inventions and seeing what human innovation can come up with next. He's particularly fond of drawing materials and cameras, which he uses to record the activities of his tigers.
When confronting someone who has mistreated animals, he is able to paralyze them with fear, and rescue the animals in their posession, and prefers to handle them with non-lethal methods, though he is able to, and will react violently if there is no other option. He can sense if someone has mistreated animals and will not allow them into the sanctuary.

#1. do not harass the animals. Please respect them as they respect you.
#2. do not feed the animals without permission.
#3. do not vandalize property.
#4. be respectful within the temple. Do not yell, and pay your respects with an offering if you would like.
#5. Do not give dangerous materials as an offering.
#6. Please regard this temple as a holy place. It exists to protect the beautiful live that lives on this Earth. Please admire and appreciate it.

thick, fluffy fur. His light blue, yellow and pink markings glow slightly at night and under blacklight, and can move and change to form images, and on rare occasions even disappear alltogether. Though he's mostly a tiger, he has bear-like anatomy. His teeth, mouth, eyes, and pawpads glow brightly
