A photo i took of a Kookaburra! he was so friendly and let me get so close to him....he kept turning his head and posing for me like he knew i was taking photos of him heheThis is a song thats stuck in my head now lol

You're fortunate to have this close-up shot of a Kookaburra. I was in Australia and as I was setting up to take its photo, a downpour of rain hit me and prevented the shot.

Unfortunately here in the city, birds are generally not that tame that you could get close (except for pigeons) – I remember that I was taking some nice shots from parakeets when I was visiting the Blue Mountains. But that was in prehistoric ages. LOL

thats wat i did wen i saw this kookaburra...i knew it wouldnt go anywhere fast coz they normally sit for a while but i saw it and jst ran upstairs and grabbed the camera and changed the lens lol
