Uh-oh, board up the windows, we have a crazy mad Hurricane coming our way... *smacked*
Wanted to do this, although I already figured out the answer, as a quick one-sitting doodle. Tried different brush for the shading while I was at it, with good results.
For some reason, I drew Hurricane with four fingers in one of my older pictures... not sure what my train of thought was... maybe it seemed to work better at the time... But I think I'm going to stick with 3 fingers ultimately, since it calls more to her water dragon nature... (which I'll be doing more about that at a later date... probably... hopefully...)
Plus I don't have a lot of ocs with only three fingers, her and Kasumi are prolly the only ones to date of my consistent faves...
She'll always have four fingers when I draw her completely human, too, so there's also that.

I just realized I left off the highlights, but I'm not sure I care, because I haven't yet decided what I'm doing for it on digital, plus I'm super tired right now... plus it basically looks ok...
