a weirdo variant of the Vincent. originally i intended it to be like a Geass-powered version of a Gundam Newtype machine, but i never figured out a mechanism for how that would work. the sword is pretty much the hadron cannon version of a sword.based more than a little on the Excellence Eternal from Super Robot Wars
