this is my favorite thing of yours that I have seen. I like how its not all done up in adobe. i could stare at all the god damn detail, you piece of shit. Hahaha! I can't make you feel TOO good about yourself, remember?

Thank you for your work. I recently have been thinking about how to incorperate the synthetic and the natural forms...I am considering a career in Industrial design, but have a narrative style. This is amazing. I am going to go see the photoshopped version right now. What I appreciate about it is that you have to look closely to understand how each peice connects to the others, but then when you pull away you can see what the objects create as a whole. I want to see you "more detailed" work! I'm a girl, and I don't want to see anime or flowers, or hip stuff... I want to see different perspectives, personal interpretations... and that is what you have done.

oh my gosh, that is definitely not something i would refer as simple, it's stunning! bet you spent a very very long time finishing that piece of art! i'm definitely a cheater. i use adobe all the time to cover the ugliness of my work

I really do like this. I greatly appreciate the skill and talent that is evident here and the work that went into it. I can't help it, I just admire the hands on approach more than just using strictly PC to create art, call me old fashioned.

i like the fact that you can draw, ie nice.
hrm ... as for adobe cheating. i totally understand where you're coming from ... but surely the definition of cheating is to break the rules, and there are no rules in art. What i like to think of it is that just because people can make nice pics in adobe, doesnt mean they can draw.
But i mean ... if you work in photoshop, an make a painting in it ... is that wrong? its very nice to see people's drawing work. But then, other people do it ... so you're only putting yourself at a disadvantage if you don't do it too. It might take more skill to fly a world war 2 plane than a modern fighter (maybe, i dunno), but theres only one guy whos gonna win. whatever though, this is great !

I like it~! I've done somethingl ike this before but I didn't do great shading and such like you did. I'm not that great as a pencil/pen artist. I'm more of the photographer (hence my profession/college choice lol) And I love it! Definately a plus fav. My 100th fav! yay!

one word. 'ooooopretty' well ok thats kind of two words squashed together, but you get the idea..
excellent work, love the detail, the shading. the contrast of coherent and incoherent shapes, organic and mechanical..
i'll stop yapping and just hit the goddamn +favs button..

That is just incredible. So meticulous. I agree that more people should put up their sketches, rather than all of it being digital art. I would put up my own art, but I have no scanner.

Your attention to detail is amazing. Textures too. The central idea is lost to me, but hey, with that many things to look at, it's a beautiful visual labyrinth. +fav.

no problem. the black and white version caught my eye on the recent deviations page, i checked out the color one too see how it turned out, and i'd have to agree that the black and white looks better. both are great tho
