And if you can't picture a day, picture a moment. Sometimes, a moment can be the best year of your life.This is for all the sad secrets I have read lately. I'm so sorry you are all suffering...I know how pain can make you hurt, and stop believing there is a light at the end of the tunnel. This isn't a permanent fix. But it has worked for me when I was depressed and I found a few minutes of happiness. I hope it works for all of you a little bit too.

This is really nice! I remember seeing such things before... but they ended up making me feel more depressed, because I didn't *have* a best day so far, or even good or vivid ones within memory. But now I do, so now this helps!

I recently lost my mom to cancer and her 55th birthday would have been tomorrow, so it's been kind of a hard time to deal with lately.Β I've been trying to cope with it and try to keep good memories flowing, and to try to keep some kind of positivity in my life going.Β This is a nice reminder to always try and keep going no matter what.
