Eevee was reuqested and I felt like drawing Rattata... because it's one of my favorites.Moreover, I need to practise drawing Pokemon since I hopefully reach Round 2 of that Battle Frontier-thingie...
I don't know what these two are actually doing there, but meh... it's cute! 8DD
Base color is basic. Don't feel like shading much right now. > >
RATTATA DESERVES MORE LOVE! One of the best starter Pokemon I can imagine. D:
(It's not a starter, but one of the first Pokemon you can catch... so you can call it a starter somehow... I think.)
