Sorry, it's generally assumed that Ink and Error are among the first out-codes and the others came later.

(this is a matter of multiverse age vs character age.... most skeletons are the same "character age" [i.e. 16 - 18 yrs old] but their multiverse age [when they were created] is different.... Thus Template and Error are the same character age here... but Error has an older multiverse age since he and Ink were - as you said - the first "out codes" created.)
