Description
This is more of a basic chemical reference, but may undoubtedly serve as an informal checklist for some people. There is actually an insane amount of amphetamine and benzodiazepine permutations, but the ones listed are the most common or the first isolated. Most of the IUPAC names were dreadfully long, so the original names were used.
Chemistry nuts will notice a complete disregard for Haworth projection rules, which I felt would screw with the visual presentation. This is also the same reason I omitted opiate carbon structure, which is composed of 3D carbon rings.
Anyhoo, here they are.
Most people have encountered at least 4 of these.
2 are accessible to children.
2 are restricted by age.
5 are available by prescription.
The rest are strictly prohibited by law.
Update: Added most commonly scheduled benzodiazepines and some hallucinogens.
