In Other M the suit just materialized around her, which would either mean it's carbon based with a lot of oxygen and nitrogen elements... or the insta-suit is an incredibly cheap gimmick done to ease rendering.Fudged the arm cannon a bit, but it's difficult to make it without knowing what the inside looks like. Left the color palette in there after getting too far into the process.

I've been thinking about Metroid a ton, for months now. I'm desperate for the series to come back, and come back stronger. I think it would be best for it to be a reboot, to tell Samus Aran's story in a way she deserves. Her character at this point is kind of...lame.
Building up the details of the Metroid universe, such as how the suit works, would be really cool. I had a similar idea to what you have here - the suit sort of "grows" out from the yellow torso section that is present no matter what suit she has on - even on the Fusion Suit. I figure that's the organic component of the Power Suit mentioned in Fusion.

большинство частей быдле дублированы от самых популярных реклам. кроме этого ее плечи и оружия придуманные. мне не было понятно как доспех мог сразу появится из воздуха. там только есть углерод, кислород и азот.

According to official canon sources now, the suit is a physical manifestation of her will, and it requires a high level of mental concentration beyond human comprehension to keep active and functional. This is all prominently seen in Primes 2 and 3, Zero Mission (Manga and game), and of course Other M. It's happened in most of the other games too though.
Anyway, I just saw your inquiring about the suit and thought I'd put my Metroid nerd knowledge to work. Sorry.

No sources ever mention what the suit is made of... which sounded suspicious.

Not what's it's "made of" I suppose, but it IS supposed to be a physical embodiment of her will. I mean, once she went into shock at Ridley's return, she was losing control and the suit was dissolving off of her. Sounds crazy, I know, but so is just about everything else in Metroid.
