*Cough* The E-11 wasn't exactly powerful, compact yes, powerful no. It was light, cheap and fast to produce but wasn't the best weapon on the galaxy, many sidearms could do more damage then it could. However the E-11 elite was another story, it could penetrate bantha hide, which some sniper rifle of that era couldn't do.
