After I finished Weird Tales I felt like exploring bit more birds, as I realized that I haven’t done one properly.
Given that I like to add wings and other bird elements to my works it seemed like a crime I had to correct straightaway.

I feel like I learned a lot from this, but time will tell if it sticks.

I dunno, it's pretty dang impressive.  I have a hard time drawing animals.

I find that on animals the rules are more lax. And breaking it down to shapes and forms is easier. Still it is a result of studying multiple recourses of photos and anatomy breakdowns to get it working

I’m just happy there is no uncanny valley that is sometimes really punishing when trying to portray humans.
