I honestly don't know why I didn't give him a ref sheet sooner I draw him more than most of my Ocs-But oh well he has one now! Hope you guys don't mind me posting so many refs, just been having fun making em recently pffft

Don't have much to say here so let's just get onto this guys info-

Sexuality: Pan-romantic, demisexual

Age: 21

Personality: Around others, Chan acts very talkative friendly, providing they are nice to him. While he does make a lot of sarcastic jokes and comments, he never means any harm via it, and always tries to clarify that he's joking. He really does want to try and meet people. He doesn't want or like being alone, but due to him developing some serious trust issues as a kid because of his parents, he struggles to form long lasting relationship and will often sabotage them purposely so the person will leave, since he's afraid of them leaving or turning on him out of the blue. While he hates doing this to people, he'd rather expect it than have it happen out of no where. However, sometimes it will be the opposite, if his self sabotaging of the relationship doesn't work at first, he can and will get very clingy to a person, which sometimes may make him seem over bearing even if he isn't trying to be. While he wants friends, he really isn't interested in love or getting in a relationship. It would take a lot for him to fall in love with anyone.

While he puts on a very confident and peppy facade most of the time, he is actually quite a melancholic and nervous person. He has near to no self esteem, and the personality most people would know him for really is just a act to try and get people to like him. This doesn't always work though, since he exaggerates some of the traits it can be seen as him being annoying, or some people may even see past it and be able to tell he's faking it. He actually acts quite dead in a sense when he's alone.

He will never start a conversation with someone he doesn't know, they have to initiate it.

While he is quite nice and extremely chill while sober, when drunk he is like a completely different person. He's a lot louder and will initiate more conversations with people. His confidence essentially goes into over drive. This however, can cause a lot of problems. If you aggravate him even a little he can get very aggressive, he won't be afraid to hurt you. He also has basically no filter, and if there's been something he has wanted to say, he will have no shame or fear in saying it. This is obviously not if he's just a little tipsy but if he's full on drunk he can be very dangerous. He often doesn't remember any of that he's done but if something did happen and he's told of it he feels so guilty, but often won't have the guts to go and apologies. He sometimes struggles to admit his mistakes when it comes to drinking, he genuinely struggles to see it as a problem.

He get's very easily concerned, and if something is wrong with someone, even if he doesn't know them, he will happily listen. Isn't always the best at giving advice but is great if you just need someone to listen. Seeing someone sad is probably the one situation he would start a conversation with a stranger in.

Other random facts:

*He lives in a top floor apartment which was essentially abandoned and that no one ever checks. Since he can't get in through the door, he essentially broke in and stole it for himself-he gets in through the window using some scaffolding to get up to it
-He has no furniture and his apartment is literally one room, and just uses some old clothes he's found for extremely low prices in charity shops as a sorta make shift bed

*Was physically and mentally abused as a child, refuses to talk about it with anyone, but if you ask about his parents there is quite a high chance of him having a quiet melt down. Really wants to just try and forget it and move on with his life

*At one point did have a problem with self harm, but managed to stop himself since he had bigger things to focus on, he just didn't really have time for it and in that time kinda came to the realisation it didn't help him and over time managed to stop himself entirely. He hasent done it for years and is quite proud of that.
-Most of the scars from it have faded over time, only ones on his legs and a few on other places are still visible

*The main way for him to get nutrients is actually soup. Since he can drink, if it's thin enough he can just drink it.
-He really likes the taste of chicken soup, but really isn't picky and will normally just go for the cheapest option

*Since he was having a hard time at home he did really struggle at school, and st one point was held back a year
-Only got half way through year 8 (British education system), since he ran away from home at 12 and well couldn't really continue his education past that

*Since he can't really get a job currently, he usually tries to get money by either finding it on the floor or busking. He doesn't have a licence, but does it anyway and kinda just hopes he doesn't get caught
-Can play some songs from his head (he's a Tv head soooo-) and will often just sing along with those.
-He does slur his words sometimes, but does actually have a pretty good singing voice when he tries

*Has that scar on his chest from when he was running away from someone and fell over a broken fence. I mean...He escaped. Just also gained a horrible scar and had to deal with a ripped shirt for a while

*In his apartment there is a little mouse hole. A mouse lives in there. He called it Cheese. He loves Cheese.

*Never had his shoe laces done up, simply cause he cant be bothered l

*Hates feeling lazy, but will have days where he will just lay in his apartment doing absolutely nothing, simply cause he's tired

*Uses alcohol as a coping mechanism
-Can get very distressed if he can't afford it
-Wouldn't really consider them a friend, but does have an acquaintance of sorts. They're a bar tender at a bar he would often visit. After a time the bar tender kinda started to realise his problem and took pity. He made a sort of deal with him, he would pay for one of his drinks, but past that, if he wanted anymore he would have to pay triple for it. He had figured out he didn't have much money and this did help slow down his drinking whenever he went to that particular bar and that guy was working. He was also willing to talk to him, not about any particular problems but just general chat, and since he only saw him every now and again Chan never tried to ruin the relationship. They don't even know each others names, but they get along great whenever they do see each other.

*Always tries to have a fall back of about £2, just encase for whatever reason he couldn't get or find any money. He knows he couldn't afford any drinks with it but it's enough for him to get soup, just enough to keep him alive for a bit longer

*He doesn't have a very academic mind, but is very street smart

*Has been alone since he was 12 (9 years)

*Is slowly trying to get his life back on track, while he does have a bad habit of self-sabotaging at times, he really does want to have a good life and will try anything to get to it

*Electricity zips between his two antenna if he's nervous or sad

*He will clean them if he gets the chance, but clothes are quite dirty (didn't draw the dirt on the ref since I wanted it to be easier to grab the colours)

*Doesn't like taking off hoodie since he gets cold really easily, very rare to see him with it off

*He was given his digital watch by a class mate when he was a kid and has had it ever since. It's the only real gift he's ever gotten and even if it broke he would keep it. He loves this thing-Which is honestly the only reason it's survived this long. He's so careful with it it's ridiculous

*The glitches under his eyes become less visible if he gets a lot of sleep and isn't stressed at the time

*Never cuts his nails. They are really sharp and can actually cut things quite easily which is intentional. He basically uses them as defence if needed and for practical use like cutting or opening things

*Drinks via attaching a bottle cap he own onto a bottle, then twisting it into that indent on his face. He can't do it without the bottle cap
