It's my old emoticon, made couple years ago. The idea for this one comes from the old cartoon in which there is a small boy who is doing something similar to that emot while he's thinking

Which programm did you use for this emote? And btw you should never create emotes, whose sense you can't tell at first sight

Secondly, I've checked that tutorial, and it really looks great - thank you for the link. I'll try making some new emoticons using that technique
Lastly, I used photoshop and the meaning of this emoticon is probably clear only for those who has seen cartoon I've mentioned
