Description
This is my next piece of Epic Mickey fan art. It is also the second part of the Circus: My hub for Fantasy Central.After you complete the missions for the Tweedle Brothers and the Reluctant Dragon, you move on the second section of the Circus. To give you a little hint on how the Circus is exactly laid out, the the blue trailer building in the upper right corner is the blue building the Tweedledee and Tweedledum stand beside. The building on the upper right edge is the Mickey's Mad House shop. After you go around the trailer, which turns out to be Stromboli's Puppet Show, and passing the Big Top that houses the Projector Screen, you get to this area of the hub. The Circus Train Carts in the lower left corner are the boundaries of this area. I created the Mr. Toad's Motorcar Spinner out of my head, but the Circus Tent guarded by the Brawler is the Rough House from Pinocchio. Bongo the Bear, Lampwick, and Slick the Weasel are all located here. Lampwick is guarding the door to Stromboli's Puppet Show Trailer.
In order to get inside to talk to Stromboli, you must fight complete a challenge Lampwick gives you. You must go inside the Rough House and await your opponents. The Rough House is essentially a combat practice arena. You go inside and you are greeted by a randomly selected enemy type. If the enemies are Hoppers or Spatters, they arrive in groups of 4 to give you a challenge. You have to complete 3 waves of enemies before you can leave, unless you die 3 times. On the third death, it will give you the option to leave. But in order to complete Lampwick's challenge, you must fight off all 3 waves. Oh, and I almost forgot. Slick the Weasel (which is based on the Weasels from the Wind in the Willow) charges you 20 e-tickets to get inside the Rough House.
Finally, after leaving the Rough House, completeing Lampwick's challenge, you return to Lampwick who will let you inside. Upon entering Stromboli's Trailer, Stromboli explains that his brother, the Ring Master from Dumbo, has been kidnapped by a group of Bashers and taken to the Dungeons inside the Queen of Hearts' Castle. He asks you to help the Ring Master escape. After accepting Stromboli's quest, you still need to talk to Bongo. Bongo tells you that while he was escaping from the Queen's forces inside the Tulgey Wood, he forgot his unicycle. He asks you to find his unicycle and return it to him. After accepting this mission, you can return to Flora's side, who while open the projector screen for you. You can now move on to the next area of the level.
I like how this ended up and after going back to work on the coloring on this, I think it lots pretty good. I like the idea of using the abandoned Mr. Toad's Wild Ride carts for a spinner. The reason Lampwick is so tall, encase you were wondering, is because he's been eating the growing mushrooms from Alice in Wonderland. In this level, there may be times when a character is a bit taller than they should be. That's because the Mushrooms are a major food supply in this area of Wasteland.

Nice ideas for the challenges. Personally, I thought Lampwick oughta be in Epic Mickey too... & he would still be a donkey. The quest for him would be to find something that can turn him back to normal. You can either give it to him for some good karma &, I guess a Power Spark, or to somebody else for 100 E-tickets.

They left out a LOT of characters that have potential to be in the Wasteland. Maybe they'll show up in the sequel? If there is a sequel.

Yup. I heard about it. I hope it's just as good as the first, but since they're also making it on the other two systems, I hope the wii doesn't get left out in the development of a great game. Then again, the Wii U may be out by then, so if I want to play it, I'll probably have to go out and buy a new system fist.

I would certainly play it. I love the idea of Lampwick being in the video game! I have the game, but I havn`t touched it yet.

But to answer your question, unfortunately no. This is just a picture i drew to get some ideas out on paper. There isn't a level specifically based on Fantasyland, so this is my interpretation of the level hub.

Man... I sincerly hope they put Pinocchio in the game. Kingdom Hearts was a FAIL with them. Why must my faovrite Disney movie be so UNDERATED!

I'm sorry to break it to you, but I don't think there was ANYTHING Pinocchio in that game. The only thing that was shown for Pinocchio was a Jiminy Cricket Beetleworx. But that thing was scrapped in the final version of the game.
Yeah. I know what your saying. Pinocchio doesn't have the backing from Disney like some other films do like Snow White or Aladdin.
