Description This pic was inspired by a few fanfictions I can't recall the name of. This is a scene that took place in several different fanfictions and never ceased to amuse me. L and Light are working on the Kira case, Light without his memories. Matsuda asks a stupid question and Light or L answers him with an equally stupid and random answer... I made them smirk at each other in a "That was a good one" way, but usually in the fanfics one of them disapproves of the action >.>


Okay here's the deal. I've been doing this piece for the last month and it seemed like an eternity to me but I'm actually quite proud with the outcome. There are a few things that dissapoint me but if I point them out you people will notice them more easily so I'd rather not

Thanks! Yeah the objective of showing L smile all genuinely and making it look as part of the anime was to show people how hot -erm- sexy -erm- good looking L can look. =x And I think Raito looks pretty hot as well

Glad you liked their expressions. I couldn't quite put my finger on which expression I had to put on Matsuda's face, but I managed x.x

And yeah, about Light's hair, it can be a pain in the ass to do. I thought it didn't look so good, but I'm glad you actually think it does XD As for his face, I can't deny I like how it turned out =x

Well thanks for both the comment and the fav! And yeah, of course. L and Light will probably show their sense of humour only to each other 'cause they KNOW that even if they drop the façade they use in public, they will still see each other as an important enemy <3. Showing their real selves only among themselves won't prevent them from taking each other seriously, so yeah. It works.
