This is so awesome!! The highlights and shadows are so satisfying! And I love the expression this character has =O I also love how you used a combination of dark and lighter lines to bring out distance between places, and detail!!

This is a gorgeous looking chara, I think that I've never seen feathers used like that in a dragon, I love them, it's owner did a fantastic work creating this chara, and of course, you did a beautiful job drawing him. I love the angry face and the idea of a strap closing it's mouth shout, pretty cool, specialy with that angry and snarling face. Awesome job with the feathers, and the coloring is super nice, you even added some scales in a subtle way, love how they look.
