I made these sets of cursors to use with my RobCo terminal Rainmeter background for the full Fallout experience. Feel free to use them for yourself- download in the sidebar!HOW TO INSTALL: Extract the .cur and .ani files you wish to use and move them to C:/Windows/Cursors. Then go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalisation > Personalisation > Change mouse pointers. From there you can browse and replace the cursors as appropriate.
