Just go c:/windows/cursors
Paste all of the downloaded cursors..
go to control panel-->mouse-->pointers..
select each of the cursor type by selecting browse button..
enjoy..

To use it you just have to download and extract the file where you want in your computer. Then you go to the Control Panel>Mouse>Cursors (for Windows 7). There you can browse to the folder you have downloaded the set, and replace the default cursors by those you want from this set.

Btw, I've been using them for a bit, and while they look cool on high res monitors, they are still quite big...maybe try to make them...thinner?

1-if you use cursorxp ,look my gallery for 1 version created only for cursorxp,because this is for only "windows standard cursor"!!!
2-or for install this version ,open the control panel,mousse property and created a new theme with my cursor ,extracted (dezzipped), in the folder C:/windows/cursor and "save as" has a new theme
